Rebekah is driven by an ambition to make a meaningful difference in the financial services industry and the communities it serves. With over 13 years’ experience in banking, Rebekah currently leads the Executive Office for Business & Commercial Banking at Lloyds Banking Group, acting as a trusted adviser to the CEO. In this role, she helps shape strategy, supports senior decision-making, and champions initiatives that improve outcomes for customers and colleagues. 

Based in the Midlands, Rebekah also plays a leadership role as Lloyds Midlands Community Leader, working closely with businesses, civic partners and regional stakeholders to support growth, regeneration and positive social impact.
