Renée is an Early Careers professional in Human Resources at Computacenter; she began there on the graduate programme as a Service Associate supporting international clients. She holds a BSc in International Business, French and German from Aston University, reflecting her passion for languages and global engagement.

Renée now leads the UK Bright Futures Outreach Programme, which promotes careers in technology and enhances the employability skills of students from all backgrounds, including those in deprived areas. Over the past three years, the programme has reached over 81,000 students nationwide through a multitude of schemes. As a young Black woman leading this initiative, Renée finds the experience deeply rewarding. Computacenter’s inclusive culture has empowered her to drive meaningful change and champion underrepresented talent in the IT industry.
