Riccardo is a Corporate Partner at international law firm Trowers & Hamlins. Based in the firm's London office, he advises a diverse range of companies, not-for-profit organisations and individual shareholders (including trustees) on strategic matters as well as on specific transactions and commercial issues.

He has acted for purchasers, vendors and management teams in domestic and international acquisitions, disposals and corporate restructurings in various sectors and has advised on numerous joint ventures and corporate ventures for UK and non-UK clients in sectors including insurance, leisure, food, manufacturing, publishing, financial, clothing and accessories.

In particular, Riccardo advises on a broad range of legal and commercial matters relating to outsourcing and the use, development and/or exploitation of technology (including in relation to post acquisition integration).

Riccardo has been recognised by The Legal 500 for his expertise in Commercial Contracts, as well as IT and M&A.
