Riccardo advises a diverse range of companies, not-for-profit organisations and individual shareholders (including trustees) on strategic matters, specific transactions, and commercial issues. He has acted for purchasers, vendors and management teams in domestic and international acquisitions, disposals and corporate restructurings in various sectors.  He has advised on numerous joint ventures and corporate ventures for UK and non-UK clients in sectors including insurance, leisure, food, manufacturing, publishing, financial, clothing and accessories. In addition to his transactional knowledge, Riccardo has extensive commercial expertise in relation to operational, contractual and other issues that arise in client businesses, including agency, distribution, marketing, supply, sales and outsourcing contracts.
