Romain Muhammad is a leading voice in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), with a focus on anti-racism, social mobility, and diaspora. He is the founder and CEO of Diversify World, a consultancy bridging marginalised communities and the professional world. As an Aziz Foundation Scholar at Birkbeck, University of London, he researches race, culture, and postcoloniality in post-war Britain. A respected writer, public speaker, and social commentator, Romain is currently working on his debut book, ‘The Others We Became’. He is also a recent graduate of the 90% government-funded Help to Grow: Management Course.
