Rubin Poku
Rubin Poku is the Co-Founder of the Black Apprentice Network (BAN), one of the UK’s largest communities for current and aspiring apprentices, with over 5,000 members nationwide. Through BAN, he has developed partnerships with organisations including Deloitte, BT, and the National Trust to deliver programmes and events that open doors for Black talent in early careers.
Alongside this, Rubin works at Amazon as a Project Manager within the People Experience & Technology (PXT) team during his Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship, where he focuses on strategy, innovation, and organisational development. He previously gained experience at KPMG and also serves on the KFC Youth Advisory Board and the UCAS Student Advisory Board, helping to shape policies that improve access and opportunity for young people across the UK.
