As an advocate for representation and access, Ruby has been passionate about creating pathways into industries and spaces that aren’t always easy to reach. Having started work experience at the age of 15, she understands the importance of early exposure and access to opportunities, and now spends much of her time mentoring and nurturing creators, upcoming press, and new talent hoping to break into PR & Marketing. Ruby is currently a trustee on the Black British Initiative (BBI). Prior to founding VAMP, Ruby worked in Technology PR, Music PR and events.
