Rumbi is a working mother of two beautiful girls and deeply understands the importance of how and why representation matters. This is why she is a big advocate for black working mums and dedicates her time to speaking on panels & creating opportunities at VAMP through an Internship programme. Rumbi is passionate about empowering the next generation of diverse talent. This co-founder shows she can really do it all, balancing working life and family life whilst paying it forward!
