Samina Hussain-Letch is the Executive Director of Squareup Europe Ltd, where she leads payment partnerships, operations, and go-to-market strategy across the UK and Europe. With more than 15 years of experience in the payments industry, she oversees the licensed entity, manages key regulatory and commercial relationships, and advances Square’s global payments strategy.

Samina joined Square in 2020, first leading Payment Partnerships and Industry Relations in Australia, where she successfully launched and scaled new products. Prior to Square, she held senior product leadership roles at Visa Inc., building innovative loyalty solutions, and at Cuscal, where she worked across debit, prepaid, and credit portfolios. She is deeply passionate about people, inclusion, and mentoring, and founded Women in Leadership Too to support female leaders in payments.
