Sarah Flambard is an award-winning senior lawyer and finalist at the Black British Business Awards 2025, recognised for leading change across law, finance, and tech. At Macquarie, she advises on complex cross-border derivative deals and plays a strategic role in shaping inclusion at a firm-wide level as co-lead of the firm’s Black Employees Network and a member of its DEI committee.

Beyond her legal career, Sarah is the founder of We Are Here, a tech-for-good platform mapping free services for people experiencing hidden homelessness, and serves as a trustee at Hackney Quest, championing youth empowerment and social mobility.

With roots in France and a voice shaped by faith, justice and lived experience, Sarah is committed to building tools, partnerships, and pathways that expand access and create lasting impact across sectors for her generation and the next.
