Scarlett Allen-Horton is a multi–award-winning recruitment entrepreneur, BBC Apprentice finalist, and business partner to Lord Sugar. She is the founder of Harper Fox Search Partners, a purpose-led executive search firm specialising in leadership, STEM, and EDI.
Recognised for scaling her business to seven figures from the ground up, Scarlett is a keynote speaker, board advisor, and respected voice on diversity and female advocacy, with features in The Times, BBC News, and Business Leader.
She also serves as an EDI advisor and judge, and is the West Midlands Ambassador for Smart Works Birmingham and WE:ARE Domestic Abuse.
