Shantelle is Head of Ecosystem at Golem Factory, the company behind Arkiv, where she owns the partnerships and developer funnel that turn new technology into products people use. A materials engineer by training, she started out in the nuclear industry, then moved into fintech as a product manager. She has spent the last five years taking frontier blockchain and AI products from 0 to 1 and growing developer ecosystems with initiatives reaching more than 35 countries. She is also the founder and creative director of Soofa, a London based modular fine jewellery brand, and co-hosts the award-winning podcast Glowing in Tech. She has brought over 200 women into the industry and in 2023 was named one of the Most Inspirational Women in Web3 and AI.
