Shelley Bishton is an award-winning strategist, advisor and founder of Think Twice House, a strategy and culture advisory working with founders, organisations and institutions navigating growth, influence and change.

 

With over twenty years’ experience across media, partnerships and organisational transformation, Shelley has held senior commercial and leadership roles at The Times, The Telegraph and News UK. Her work has spanned revenue strategy, brand partnerships, audience growth and cultural transformation across some of the UK’s most recognised media organisations.

 

Shelley is a trustee of two charities: the Black British Initiative and The Phoenix Way. She is also a judge for the National Diversity Awards.
