Sheniece Charway is a leading figure in the British music industry, known for her work as the Head of Black Music & Culture, EMEA, at YouTube. Since joining in 2019, she has championed Black talent and culture, playing a key role in the growth of artists both on the platform and throughout the UK. Charway is the driving force behind the YouTube Music’s Legacy Series, which celebrates Black culture and raises awareness of Black issues through music and art. Her influence has earned her multiple accolades, including features on the Powerlist. 

Prior to YouTube, she worked at Columbia Records, where she spearheaded a first-of-its-kind Facebook game for Rick Ross. Charway also hosts her own faith-based podcast, Battles & Blessings, which shares the stories of entrepreneurs and creatives.
