He leads a team of Relationship Managers supporting SMEs with turnovers up to £25m, helping ambitious businesses unlock growth through trusted relationships and innovative funding solutions.

Stefan’s journey into banking was unconventional - trained in broadcasting, he founded a media production company before pivoting into commercial finance. This creative background uniquely shaped his approach to finance, blending storytelling, strategy, and customer-first thinking.

Stefan is passionate about mentoring the next generation of leaders and creating opportunities for underrepresented entrepreneurs and professionals. His leadership style is rooted in transparency, inclusion, and high agency.

His biggest challenge day-to-day? Being the proud co-founder of three young children!
