Tansy is a cyber and digital transformation leader at Serco who specialises in helping organisations navigate the human side of complex change. Working at the intersection of technology, governance, communications and culture, she is passionate about translating complexity into action that people can understand, adopt and champion. With a background in adult education, employee engagement and corporate communications, Tansy brings a people-centred perspective to enterprise transformation. Tansy serves as Co-Chair of Serco's multicultural inclusion network, Embrace. Her approach to allyship is rooted in action rather than intention, focusing on building sustainable structures, creating opportunities for others, and helping underrepresented colleagues access visibility, development and influence. She believes allyship means doing the structural heavy lifting that enables other voices to be heard and supported.
