Coming from a family of small and medium-sized business owners in both the UK and Southern Africa, Tanyaradzwa brings a personal understanding of entrepreneurial ambition and the challenges of scaling responsibly. She is passionate about educating business leaders on how finance can be a catalyst for growth, and actively promotes ESG-linked financing as a tool for building resilient, legacy-driven enterprises.
