Taylor is an experienced global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) leader and a proud Black woman. She has designed and delivered DEI strategies for complex, multinational organisations, across the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to retention. Alongside this, Taylor has voluntarily led multiple Black employee networks, championing racial equity and building safe, supportive communities. She also regularly speaks across the UK to educate and inspire others on DEI principles. Raised in Barbados, Taylor grew up hearing the Bajan proverb  “If you don’t have horse, ride cow.” While it taught her resilience, it also led her to question why some people face more barriers than others. Today, her work is dedicated to removing barriers that quietly alter the course of people's lives, so everyone can follow their ambitions freely.
