Ted is a Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co, he joined the firm in 2016 and serves as Global Head of Business Partner Diversity where he directs the firm’s diverse supplier development and supply chain diversification portfolio, a critical component of JPMC’s agenda to drive inclusive growth around the world. Prior to his current role, he served as Head of Small Business, Global Philanthropy and led Small Business Forward, the firm’s global initiative investing $50 million annually to connect small businesses with growth resources. He brings 20 years of international experience building initiatives that drive inclusive economic growth — with an emphasis on underserved businesses.
