Teza is Director, Infrastructure & Development Finance, Europe at Standard Chartered. He joined the bank in Zambia in 2014 before relocating to the UK to join the Portfolio Analysis and Monitoring team, and has since worked on infrastructure financing transactions supporting development across the bank's footprint, including projects that have contributed to the transformation of emerging markets. He has spoken publicly on resilience and mindset as part of Standard Chartered's Black History Month programming.
