Tim has spent his 20-year career to date supporting UK businesses with funding and leadership mentoring. Tim’s professional career is in commercial finance, where he has helped build and scale commercial finance businesses ranging from new-start lending operations, to mature multinationals. Tim has spent the last 10 years operating at Senior Leadership / Board level and working across the UK, Europe and India. He now works at Lloyds Bank, within its Business & Commercial Banking division. He is passionate about increasing diversity in industry and business leadership. That has translated into opportunities to mentor new business leaders and personal investments in sectors ranging from Fitness & Leisure to Construction.
