Tina Bartlett-Game MBA
Tina Bartlett-Game is Director of Consulting, Workday Success Plans EMEA at Workday. She leads high-performing teams that help organisations unlock the full power of Workday. Known for her strategic insight and people-centred approach, she drives programmes that strengthen customer solutions across multiple regions. Her work blends product expertise, innovative problem-solving and a passion for transforming how organisations manage and support their people.
With twenty-five years’ global experience in tech, she has forged an international career defined by curiosity, adaptability and a determination to excel. She has held senior leadership roles at Workday and delivered major global transformation projects. Her experience with Workday Human Capital Management and Oracle HRMS has positioned her as a trusted adviser for multi-national clients navigating complex change. She is particularly recognised for developing consulting talent, uplifting delivery standards and enabling teams to thrive in fast-moving environments.
Beyond her core role and in her every day, Tina is committed to shaping a more inclusive, purpose-driven technology sector. As a former Fortune Connect Fellow, she has engaged in programmes centred on courageous leadership and stakeholder impact.
She also supports community initiatives through her volunteer work with Martlets Hospice and long-standing fundraising for Barnardo’s – a charity particularly close to her heart, as she was a Barnardo’s baby herself. Adopted into a loving family, she became the first in her family to attend university, which shaped her belief in opportunity, community, representation and giving back.
Nominated for Mentor of the Year in the KPMG Cross Company Allyship Programme, she actively supports early-career professionals from underrepresented backgrounds and is often found looking to lift others up. Her cultural understanding is rooted in years of living and working across the UK, US, Czech Republic and Australia.
From an early ambition to work internationally, to discovering tech and her niche, Tina has embraced change, risk and reinvention. She has carved a path in a sector where voices like hers – mixed-race, female and now experienced – have too often been missing. Returning to the UK after three countries and many chapters, she sees her journey as a celebration of perseverance, values and possibility.
