Tobi is a Continuous Improvement and Transformation Manager at Clifford Chance, where he leads AI adoption and governance across the firm's Disputes practice in the UK. His work includes driving the adoption and enablement of AI tools for legal teams, designing AI workflows, and building frameworks that help lawyers use AI responsibly across their work. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a bachelor's in mechanical engineering and a master's in industrial management, Tobi built his career across pharmaceutical manufacturing at Catalent, technology at JustEat Takeaway.com, and consulting at PwC before moving into legal.
