Alongside his professional career, Tokeer is widely recognised for his commitment to creating more inclusive workplaces and communities. As Chair of Capgemini UK’s Race & Equality Network and Global Chair of the CulturALL Employee Resource Group, he has championed initiatives that have positively impacted thousands of colleagues around the world. A passionate believer in using influence to create opportunity, Tokeer actively supports charities including The King’s Trust, serves as a board member for Boycott Your Bed, and champions causes supporting youth empowerment.
