Trinicia is the Senior Manager, Inclusion & Belonging at Tapestry, where she leads the strategy, operations, and growth of the company's global Employee Business Resource Group (EBRG) programme, partnering across regions and brands to foster inclusive employee communities. Trinicia began her career with Coach in 2001 as a Production Associate within the Sourcing organisation. Over the course of more than two decades with the company, she has held leadership roles spanning Sourcing, Materials Management, Packaging, and Global Procurement. Her experience includes managing large-scale global programs, supplier partnerships, strategic planning, forecasting, contract negotiations, inventory management, and operational excellence across complex business environments. Throughout her tenure, Trinicia has built a reputation as a collaborative leader with a passion for people, problem-solving, and creating meaningful impact.
