Having transitioned from healthcare into technology through an apprenticeship, Ugonna brings a unique perspective on career change, continuous learning and the evolving role of technology in financial services. Alongside her engineering role, she actively champions apprenticeships, early-career development and social mobility through mentoring, outreach and public speaking, helping others explore careers in technology and build confidence in their own potential.
