Vaughn Gordon is a Senior Advisor in EY’s Early Careers team, where he leads on their Summer Internship programme, helping to shape the future of early careers talent. He began his journey at EY in 2015 as a Recruitment Coordinator, quickly moving into the Early Careers team with a focus on Operations and a passion for driving diversity. With a decade of experience in talent acquisition and programme development, Vaughn brings deep insight into building inclusive pathways for emerging professionals.
