Viola is a bold relationship builder and rising leader in technology. She currently works in technology sales at a premier global AI and software engineering company, supporting clients from startup founders to global enterprises. Alongside her work, she is passionate about creating space for underrepresented voices in the industry. After a successful career in education, Viola made the transition into technology, starting her journey as a Cloud Engineer before moving into sales, where she found a natural way to combine her technical knowledge with her strength in building meaningful relationships. She currently serves on the board of Black in Tech UK, contributing to its work to strengthen representation within the technology industry. She is particularly passionate about inspiring Black women in tech to embrace change boldly and create meaningful impact.
