Vivian Eni is a Senior HR Business Partner, leadership advisor, and in-house coach with nearly two decades of experience across banking, telecommunications, and technology consulting. She currently works at EPAM Systems, a global technology consultancy with over 50,000 employees across 53 countries and listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

Since joining EPAM, Vivian has spent over seven years in senior HR leadership roles supporting large, complex, multinational teams. Her work spans European Delivery, in-market leadership across 13 countries, and most recently a global business partner role supporting one of EPAM’s largest clients across more than 30 countries. In addition to her core role, she has led multiple employee engagement and integration programmes across EMEA and APAC, contributing to improved onboarding, leadership connection, and organisational cohesion at scale.

Vivian’s career in tech is underpinned by a strong track record of designing and delivering people-led initiatives that directly support business performance. Her work includes the development of large-scale performance management pilots, global onboarding frameworks, and cross-regional leadership engagement programmes that have impacted thousands of employees.

Alongside her corporate role, Vivian is a trained professional and personal coach and the founder of Incredible Everyday Woman CiC, a platform focused on redefining success and representation for women and migrants in professional spaces. In 2024, she published her debut book, How to Build a Corporate Career: Lessons from a First-Generation Migrant, which became an Amazon bestseller in Diversity and Inclusion and HR categories.

Through speaking, thought leadership, and industry engagement, Vivian continues to champion inclusion, visibility, and leadership development within the UK and global tech ecosystem.
