What it is
Black Professionals of the Year celebrates the 100 leading Black professionals per sector across seven of the UK’s most influential industries and functions. This exclusive list honours the most senior Black leaders in British business today. Not founders. Not celebrities. These are the people building careers of real consequence inside the institutions that shape British business, doing so with distinction.

The full list of 100 for each sector & function will be revealed live on the night. No advance announcement, every name is unveiled in the room, in front of peers, sector leaders and partners. A selected group from across the lists will also receive individual awards, presented on stage on the night.
