Returning for its fifth year, HSBC UK and the UK Black Business Show are proud to present the 25 Top Black Entrepreneurs to Watch in 2025.
This remarkable collective of Black entrepreneurs, spanning media, fashion, finance, social impact, and beyond, are redefining industries, leading with purpose, and working to drive meaningful progress across the UK business landscape.
The fifth edition builds upon the celebration of over 100 exceptional Black entrepreneurs recognised across 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024. Each entrepreneur featured over the years has demonstrated that when talent meets opportunity, extraordinary achievements follow.
Black entrepreneurs continue to navigate complex challenges and barriers to scale. This 2025 cohort demonstrates the incredible work that results when Black entrepreneurs are able to thrive and deliver against their vision.
These entrepreneurs are living proof that innovation, determination, and strategic thinking overcome any obstacle. They haven’t just built successful businesses, they’ve established pathways for the next generation of entrepreneurs to follow.
Supporting Black entrepreneurs to build, scale, and sustain impactful ventures is essential to the success of the entire global business ecosystem. Such progress requires collective effort. Allies play a crucial role in creating equitable opportunities to level the playing field and ensure doors remain open to all.
As UK Black Business Show celebrates its tenth edition next year, the event has become a cornerstone of Black History Month celebrations. It brings together a network of Black business owners, professionals from various industries, and allies, all committed to championing growth and connection. The Show follows the highly anticipated UK Black Business Week, a series of industry-specific events and networking opportunities designed to offer actionable pathways to uplift underrepresented Black entrepreneurs and professionals.
Through our partnership with HSBC UK, we aim to embrace the spirit of progress, collaboration, and celebration, continuously seeking ways to amplify the achievements of Black entrepreneurs who are shaping the UK’s economic future.
