25 Top Black Entrepreneurs To Watch In 2026

HSBC UK & UK Black Business Show:
Meet 25 Top Black Entrepreneurs to Watch in 2026

25 Top Black Entrepreneurs 2026

A decade ago, the UK Black Business Show set out with a clear purpose: to make Black entrepreneurship in the UK impossible to ignore. This year, as the Show prepares for its landmark tenth edition, HSBC UK and UK Black Business Show are proud to present the Top 25 Black Entrepreneurs to Watch in 2026.

Over six years, this campaign has recognised over 125 exceptional Black entrepreneurs across every corner of British business. The 2026 cohort adds to that record with the same quality that has defined each previous list: founders and leaders who are building with ambition, purpose, and staying power.

This year's cohort represents businesses at the forefront of innovation in a wide variety of sectors. However, they all share something in common. Each has found a way to grow on their own terms, navigating a landscape that doesn't always make things easy, and doing so without compromising their vision.

Access to capital, networks, and visibility remain genuine obstacles for Black entrepreneurs in the UK. In a tighter economic climate, those gaps haven't narrowed. This cohort represents what becomes possible when exceptional Black entrepreneurs are seen, celebrated, and given the platform to be heard.

Now in its sixth year, the HSBC UK and UK Black Business Show’s Top 25 List has become one of the most recognised celebrations of Black entrepreneurship in the UK, and each edition has grown in both reach and reputation.

This year marks a milestone tenth edition of UK Black Business Show, a moment that speaks to what the event has become since its founding in 2017: one of the most anticipated gatherings of Black entrepreneurs, professionals and allies in the UK calendar. Held during Black History Month, the Show is a space where ambition meets opportunity and where the achievements of Black talent are given the prominence they deserve. It sits alongside the UK Black Business Week, a series of industry-specific events and networking opportunities built to create real, actionable pathways for Black entrepreneurs and professionals across the country.

Dr. Raphael Sofoluke, Founder and CEO of UK Black Business Show & UK Black Business Week said:

"Every year this list grows in meaning. This is our sixth annual Top 25 Black Entrepreneurs to Watch list, in collaboration with our long-standing partner HSBC UK, and it remains one of the highlights of my year. Over six years, we've celebrated more than 125 outstanding Black entrepreneurs, and each cohort continues to raise the bar. What strikes me most about this year's group is the quality of what they've built and the resilience it's taken to reach this stage. These are entrepreneurs who deserve to be known, and we're proud to make sure they continue to be recognised for their hard work."

Tom Wood, Head of SME Business Banking,
HSBC UK  added:

“Each year, we see outstanding Black-owned businesses across the UK delivering growth, innovation, and real impact to their local communities. As the UK Black Business Show goes into its tenth year, HSBC UK is proud to present the Top 25 Black Entrepreneurs to Watch in 2026. Their journeys show what’s possible when entrepreneurs have visibility, exposure to the right support and networks, and we hope this year’s list inspires the next generation of entrepreneurs in the UK.”
