The Talent & Allyship Forum offers a space for allies, diversity champions, and organisational leaders to come together and collaborate on how to build equitable workplace cultures that empower Black talent.
Through open-forum discussions and courageous conversations, attendees will learn how to recognise and challenge systemic inequities, support employee-led initiatives, and lead inclusive cultures where Black employees are supported to thrive.
